What clients ask before every clean.
What does deposit-grade actually mean?
We clean against the standard German landlord checklist: kitchen including oven and extractor, bathroom limescale, windows inside, all floors, fittings and switches. With photo handover.
Do you bring your own products?
Yes — eco-friendly products and all equipment included in the quote.
What if my landlord rejects the clean?
We come back and re-do anything that doesn't pass, free of charge. The photo handover is your evidence.
Can you do recurring cleans?
Yes — weekly or fortnightly stairwell, office and short-let turnover cleaning on standing schedule with one monthly invoice.
Is post-construction priced differently?
Yes — fine dust and residue takes longer per m², so the rate is higher (see calculator). Worth it before you photograph or hand over the unit.
Can I combine cleaning with a move?
